Put Carr on the U.S. Senate Agriculture Committee

Bob Carr: I grew up as a farm boy, I worked on beef cattle, poultry, dairy and fruit farms. The farmers feed the nation and it is imperative to work with the heart and souls of this nation. I will work to protect the H2A program while streamlining the application and verification processes, work toward shifting the H2A program to a market based system overseen by the USDA, reduce overall regulations, especially in the areas of Land Use and Water Rights.
